Ini gambar Penyaliban yg lain daripada yg lain karena, jika dalam gambar-gambar lain biasanya viewers diajak memandang Kristus yg tersalib, dalam gambar ini, viewers justru melihat peristiwa Penyaliban dari perspective Kristus. Gambar ini memperlihatkan apa yg dilihat Kristus dari atas salib-Nya. Ada Roman soldiers yg bersiap-siap menyiksa-Nya lagi, ada imam-imam kepala & massa yg menghujat-Nya, namun di tengah-tengah kengerian & kepedihan itu semua, masih dilihatnya kelembutan & kesetiaan Bunda-Nya yg berduka, Murid yg Dikasihi-Nya, & Maria Magdalene yg tersungkur menangisi-Nya. Di manakah tempat kita?
