Well probably from the outer part...it's gonna be really hard to tell whether someone originally comes from West Java or North Sumatra or whichever part of Indo. But sometimes you can really tell the difference when you hear them talking, each of them has their own accent (I can't find the appropriate word for that one though...anyway...you get what I mean right? :D )
For instance, somebody from East Java will talk in a different rythm and with different accent...than somebody from Bali....
